Responsibilities

• Leverage clinical expertise to support marketing initiatives and promote healthcare services to prospective clients and referral sources
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, facilities, and community partners to drive business development
• Conduct outreach visits and presentations to referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Educate potential clients and partners on available services using clinical knowledge and credibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with clinical best practices
• Track and report on business development activities, leads, and referral growth metrics
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or lead-tracking tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and connecting patients to quality services

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach preferred
