Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will serve as a strategic recruitment marketing partner to five business units, developing data-driven, insight-led talent attraction strategies aligned with Caterpillar's enterprise priorities and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, influence decisions, and deliver marketing solutions that support key hiring objectives.
  • Leveraging campaign performance data, market insights, candidate trends, and competitive intelligence, you will provide strategic recommendations that optimize recruitment marketing investments and improve hiring outcomes.
  • You will lead cross-functional initiatives, pilot new marketing capabilities, and drive consistent, high-quality execution across global audiences to enhance talent attraction performance throughout the candidate journey.

Requirements

  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills, along with expertise in recruitment marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand candidate and stakeholder needs and translate into effective recruitment marketing solutions.
  • Influencing: Ability to build alignment, gain commitment, and drive results across teams and leadership levels.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives, workforce priorities, and market insights to develop effective talent attraction strategies.
  • Effective Communications: Ability to communicate ideas and strategy clearly through presentations, reporting, recommendations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative approaches that strengthen candidate engagement and support hiring goals.
  • This position will be located in Irving, TX
  • This role requires 5 days a week in office
  • Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify

Preferred

  • Integrated recruitment marketing strategy across paid social, digital advertising, SEM, employer branding, content marketing, social recruiting, career sites, and recruitment events.
  • Campaign optimization based on KPIs, with clear reporting and executive-level recommendations.
  • Recruitment marketing technology experience, including ATS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and project management systems.
  • Vendor and agency management experience, including oversight of external recruitment marketing, media, and creative partners.
  • Experience managing recruitment marketing investments and evaluating campaign effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
  • Market research, audience segmentation, candidate persona development, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
