Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owns marketing analytics strategy for the enterprise, partnering with business units on the development and execution of digital roadmaps across brands
  • Leads initiatives to improve Marketing ROI and build strategies around driving leads and revenue
  • Identifies opportunities to unlock new growth levers, with a strong focus on leveraging AI and personalization
  • Synthesize cross-channel data to provide actionable recommendations for the businesses
  • Develops relevant and consistent attribution frameworks and establishes ROI measurement standards
  • Drives the evolution of the organization’s MarTech stack in partnership with enterprise IT to increase capabilities and accelerate maturity
  • Partners with internal teams and agencies to continuously improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and media allocation
  • Advances marketing investments to outcomes and drives decision-making that supports the unique goals of each business unit as well as enterprise-level priorities
  • Develops and maintains key dashboards based on needs of various stakeholders – from tactical marketing and sales teams to C-suite executives using tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Partners with agencies for clear, actionable, and consistent planning, reporting and insights

Requirements

  • 7+ years in media planning/buying or performance marketing with deep expertise in digital (programmatic, CTV/OLV; paid social/search as applicable)
  • Working knowledge of traditional channels
  • Strong analytical toolkit: experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of BI tools and coding platforms (ie, SQL)
  • Experience with social media monitoring and metrics via platforms like Sprinklr, Sprout
  • Hands-on familiarity with major platforms and tools: DSPs, CTV partners (e.g., YouTube, Roku), ad servers, analytics/attribution (e.g., GA4, etc.)
  • Experience using AI and/or Machine learning tools and models
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago Industries locations.

    Compensation

    • The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,000/year in our highest geographic market.
    • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
    • Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
