Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Judgment, Insight & Continuous Improvement - Understand the spirit and intent of policies and processes by exercising sound judgment and structured decision‑making to navigate ambiguity, manage risk, and keep work moving forward without unnecessary escalation.
  • Demonstrate critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills; produce clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communications; and enhance stakeholder communications with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide solutions and contingency plans to facilitate business success; exerts appropriate authority for process exceptions; holds self‑accountable for results; and brings innovative approaches to project challenges.
  • Use data, metrics, and insights to inform decisions, proactively solve problems, and improve operational outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, enhancing ways of working, and sharing best practices and lessons learned across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; graduate degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated understanding of promotional review processes and compliance-regulated environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Veeva PromoMats and familiarity with AI-enabled tools in marketing or compliance workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes, tight timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with a focus on driving clear decisions and outcomes.
  • Agile, continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Preferred

  • Graduate degree is a plus.
