Job Summary

Own HCP marketing strategy with cross-functional ownership across oncology focused campaigns, field and congress programs, and regulatory-compliant execution.

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable omnichannel and field initiatives to drive HCP engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Analytics to optimize campaigns and measure impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of HCP marketing strategy aligned to brand priorities and growth objectives
  • Contribute to customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement planning
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable field and omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Support development of HCP messaging and positioning grounded in customer insights
  • Lead execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns across personal and non-personal channels
  • Manage content development, media planning, and channel execution in partnership with agencies
  • Support channel orchestration across digital, field, and congress touchpoints
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using defined KPIs
  • Generate insights to inform optimization and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Support KOL engagement, congress execution, and peer-to-peer programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Senior Manager: 5–7+ years of experience; Associate Director: 7–10+ years of experience
  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing experience required
  • HCP marketing or brand strategy experience preferred
  • Oncology, hematology, or specialty therapeutics experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
