Job Summary

Own the enterprise marketing narrative and assets that enable Cox Automotive to win with manufacturers, lenders, and mobility partners, translating complex product value into executive-ready stories, decks, and RFP content.

  • Lead enterprise-focused storytelling, presentations, battle cards, and RFP strategy across Marketing, Product, and Sales, with real-time meeting support.
  • Build a scalable content library and AI-enabled workflows to personalize proposals, research competitive landscape, and convert product capabilities into enterprise value propositions.
  • Drive enterprise roadmap narratives, OEM/Enterprise voice in product discussions, and thought leadership to position Cox as a strategic partner.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for enterprise sales teams, developing compelling stories, presentations, and content for enterprise clients
  • Consolidate and translate dealer-focused materials into partner-focused enterprise presentations
  • Create partner-specific pitch decks highlighting Retail as the enterprise platform, with materials for Deal Central AI, Xtime, vAuto, Dealertrack, and other products
  • Build and maintain a scalable library of reusable partner content templates, one-pagers, and battle cards
  • Lead RFP response strategy and content development to position solutions to win against competitors
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and battle cards across platform and enterprise competitors
  • Provide real-time support for high-stakes client meetings and strategic pitches
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content personalization, RFP drafting, and competitive research at scale
  • Transform product capabilities into enterprise-scale value propositions for leadership across verticals
  • Develop and maintain client-facing Enterprise and OEM product roadmap presentations across marketing, retail, operations, inventory, financing, and strategic solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in related discipline with 8 years\' experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or strategic consulting
  • Master’s degree with 6 years’ experience
  • Ph.D. with 3 years of experience
  • 12 years experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that translate complex products into clear business value for C-level audiences
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams with strategic content and real-time enablement support
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to distill complex information into executive-ready insights
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong presentation design skills with proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to create executive materials
  • Active and strategic use of AI tools for content creation, competitive research, RFP drafting, and personalization at scale

Preferred

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • MBA or graduate degree
  • Automotive industry experience, particularly with Enterprise, OEMs, Rental Car companies, or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Enterprise B2B marketing experience with Fortune 500 clients
  • Experience working with or presenting to C-level executives
  • Familiarity with Cox Automotive product portfolio (Autotrader, Dealer.com, VinSolutions, Dealertrack, Xtime, vAuto, KBB)
