Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and advance the global digital agenda in partnership with International and regional Digital leadership to shape the global digital agenda and drive digital objectives into all marketing execution
  • Lead ideation for digital experiences in collaboration with global marketing partners and regional Digital leaders; represent the voice of the digital consumer and business in broader brand discussions
  • Act as the central connector to the full Digital organization across regions, supporting briefings, frameworks, integration, and best practice sharing to enable strong local execution
  • Consolidate global view and coordinate reporting of digital performance across key priorities (e.g., BIG 5), identifying insights and opportunities to share with regions
  • Drive alignment and integration across cross-Digital planning and execution, ensuring consistency while allowing for local flexibility
  • Be a thought leader in the digital space, driving consumer-first, digitally led experiences and elevating global digital capability
  • Develop global digital frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits to support BU sell-in and market adoption of key programs
  • Ensure strong and consistent digital brand presence globally; guide how products and brand show up across digital touchpoints in alignment with pillar strategies and brand standards
  • Support adoption and execution of global digital brand standards, supporting BUs as they own end-to-end execution and ensuring alignment across digital touchpoints with brand values and strategic pillars
  • Prepare insights and recommendations to inform senior leadership decision-making, providing updates and recommendations grounded in global trends, data, and performance insights

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or related field OR equivalent years of experience, MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience years leading Digital Strategy or Activation either at a brand or with an agency or consultancy, including Digital campaign and creative development and execution, acquisition and growth marketing, customer marketing, ecommerce marketing and merchandising, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage Digital to drive business growth
  • Data-obsessed, but creatively-driven marketer
  • Able to clearly articulate vision, strategy, and connect that to tactical execution
  • Able to inspire via spoken and written word
  • Able to partner and collaborate across teams, and influence peers to drive action
  • Experience leading projects or small teams
