Job Summary

Own the social-first storytelling for Walmart Creative, shaping fashion beauty and home content from concept through on-set direction and cross-functional delivery.

  • Own social-first design and storytelling across concepts, assets, and influencer/editorial workstreams.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and motion artists to deliver cohesive shoots and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of culture and trend signals to keep creative fresh and on brand.

Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of social-first concepts and visual storytelling that elevate Walmart as a Style destination and resonate authentically with fashion, beauty, and home audiences.
  • Collaborate on concept development, design, and execution of social content, campaign assets, and influencer/editorial workstreams.
  • Support in the creation of moodboards, pre-pro decks, storyboards, and shoot materials.
  • Participate in on-set art direction, ensuring creative feels modern, relevant, and true to brand.
  • Partner with designers, editors, and motion artists to deliver seamless executions.
  • Show curiosity and initiative—actively contribute ideas and help push creative thinking forward.
  • Stay current on cultural, design, and social trends that can inspire fresh creative thinking.
  • 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or content creation—in fashion, beauty, or home.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative, visual storytelling, and brand design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of social platforms, cultural trends, and influencer content.
  • Experience collaborating with photographers, stylists, and content creators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years\' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years\' experience in editorial content management or related field.
  • Digital Content Management, Editorial, Retail Management, Supervising Associates, WE-Working for or withCreative Agencies
