Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of large-scale omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital and campaign touchpoints to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage high-profile projects from inception to completion. Provide clear & actionable feedback to creative teams to deliver best-in-class brand indentities on-time & on-budget.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with creative peers and other key stakeholders to implement design systems that achieve broader business goals. Pursue ways that we can work better, faster.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay informed of industry trends and emerging design technologies. Constantly seeks new brands across Grocery, General Merchandise and Fashion
  • Creative Leadership : Lead the development and evolution of large-scale omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital and campaign touchpoints to align with strategic business objectives.
  • What you’ll bring…
  • - Proven track record of creating successful brand identities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Exceptional portfolio showcasing examples of brand & packaging design, your creative process and strategic thinking.
  • - Ability to interpret and apply creative briefs aligned with marketing strategy and customer experience.
  • - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides and Figma.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
