Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust, insight-driven consumer strategy, including segmentation, motivations, and barriers
  • Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns and differentiated message platforms grounded in deep consumer understanding
  • Evaluate, shape, and propose unbranded and branded strategies, ensuring clear articulation of unmet need and strong pull-through across the campaign ecosystem
  • Lead primary market research (PMR), including concept testing, message testing, and Attitude & Usage (ATU)
  • Own creative development and production (TV, audio, stills), ensuring high-quality execution from concept through final delivery
  • Lead and inspire agency partners to deliver breakthrough, culturally relevant, high-performing creative across channels
  • Ensure consistent execution and message pull-through across all consumer touchpoints
  • Oversee agency scope, performance, and operations, driving accountability and excellence
  • Lead consumer launch strategy and planning, including key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Manage integrated timelines, interdependencies, and execution readiness across cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing experience

Preferred

  • Proven consumer marketing experience, ideally a mix of healthcare and non-regulated industries
  • Strong track record of developing and launching high-performing, innovative campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and full-funnel creative development
  • Experience with TV/video/audio production and large-scale campaign execution
  • Deep expertise in consumer insights, segmentation, and brand strategy development
  • Strong experience leading agency partners and creative development processes
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Experience leading MAC review processes in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and push creative boundaries
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • High level of innovation, curiosity, and ownership mindset
