Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of expansion programs across email and in product for existing customers, focusing on maximizing lifetime value and driving net new contract growth
  • Deploy "Agentic" AI email workflows (triggered by real-time usage data, mid-term milestones, and renewal windows) that autonomously move customers through the sales funnel
  • Use email as the engine for routing high-propensity leads to the Sales team
  • Define the email touchpoints that qualify leads and collaborate on incentive experiments to boost conversion
  • Partner with Data Science to operationalize propensity models, using them to intelligently route customers to either automated self-service paths or Sales-assisted interactions
  • Drive the adoption of existing self-service tools (automated renewals, license management) and lead the go-to-market strategy for new product feature launches
  • Protect gross retention rates by building proactive "save" journeys for both administrators and end-users to ensure long-term account health
  • Act as the connective tissue between segment-specific marketing and the broader growth squads to ensure a unified customer experience
  • Lead a rigorous email testing roadmap—including A/B testing copy, design, timing, and holdout groups—to prove incremental revenue impact

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a heavy emphasis on email marketing at a fast-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with enterprise-grade Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) to build multi-stage, branching logic journeys
  • Experience using generative AI and predictive analytics to automate copy generation and personalize email content at scale
  • Proven track record of partnering with Sales and Success teams to build lead routing and handoff triggers via email
  • Ability to dive into email performance metrics and behavioral data to segment audiences and forecast revenue impact
  • Ability to craft compelling, action-oriented email copy that aligns with brand voice while driving high conversion rates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Experience working in a Product-Led Growth model and an understanding of B2B SaaS
  • Ability to think strategically about how AI can transform marketing processes—driving programs from inception to execution to analysis with an AI-first mindset
  • Passion for staying ahead of AI trends and a track record of piloting new technologies to drive competitive advantage
  • Comfort working with data using SQL to pull, analyze, and interpret marketing and product performance insights

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region
  • Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement
  • Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment
  • Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions
  • Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements
  • Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
