Responsibilities

• Growth & Experimentation: Develop and manage an ongoing marketing testing roadmap
• Identify opportunities within email, SMS, website conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and emerging channels
• Develop hypotheses and spearhead A/B tests
• Analyze results and turn learnings into future marketing decisions
• Continuously look for new opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
• Lifecycle & Retention Strategy: Evaluate existing email and SMS flows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop strategies for new customer journeys, post-purchase education, replenishment, retention, and re-engagement
• Work with our Digital Marketing Operations Manager and analyst to implement, measure, and improve lifecycle initiatives
• Help us better understand our customers through segmentation and behavioral data
• Customer Acquisition & Emerging Channels: Evaluate existing and potential acquisition channels

Requirements

• We are particularly interested in candidates with approximately 5–8 years of ecommerce, DTC, growth, lifecycle, or digital marketing experience .
