  • Establish and own outbound campaign architecture, including channel strategy (email, call, LinkedIn, retargeting), message mapping by ICP segment and buying stage, and clear ownership across Growth, SDR, and RevOps.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for outbound cadences, including structured experimentation across messaging, sequencing, timing, and channel mix to improve conversion rates (MQL → SAL → SQL).

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to SDR leadership, ensuring tight alignment between inbound capture, outbound follow-up, and pipeline conversion strategies across all solutions.
  • Lead campaign kickoff processes for outbound and integrated programs, including ICP and list validation, messaging and offer alignment, SDR enablement and readiness, tracking, attribution, and success criteria definition.
  • Translate Growth Marketing strategy into clear execution briefs for inbound and outbound programs, including campaign objectives, target segments, channel plans, testing strategies, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure full-funnel alignment between inbound and outbound motions, including lead handoff definitions, SLA adherence, and coordinated follow-up strategies by segment.
  • Implement and monitor outbound and SDR performance metrics, including activity and conversion benchmarks (connect rate, reply rate, meeting set rate), pipeline contribution and velocity by segment, and campaign-level ROI and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to continuously optimize outbound performance, identify gaps in targeting, messaging, sequencing, or execution and driving iterative improvements.
