Job Summary

Own multi-channel re-engagement for high-consideration products and shrink agent time by combining post-lead touchpoints, self-serve tools, and agent-assisted follow-ups; then test, segment, and optimize lifecycle flows.

  • Lifecycle & Re-engagement Ownership: design triggers, personalized agent follow-ups, and self-serve experiences across channels.
  • Automation & Ops: build sequences in CRM and coordinate offshore execution for scale.
  • Experimentation & Segmentation: run rapid A/B tests, dynamic audience splits, and measure for impact.

Job Description

  • Own the Annuities Re-Engagement Roadmap. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to re-engage post-lead, post-contact prospects and move them along a multi-call, high-consideration sales journey.
  • Relieve Agent Load. Build interventions — email content, SMS sequences, landing pages, self-serve tools — that push clients along the funnel without requiring agent time on every touch. Agent scaling is a hard constraint; your job is to relieve it.
  • Build Across Three Modes of Re-Engagement: 1) Triggered messaging. Event-driven outbound on the right cadence and channel mix. 2) Agent-personalized follow-up. Tooling and templates that let an agent send the right three articles / dashboards / calculators after a call, fast — and that get smarter over time so the same set isn’t sent to everyone. And 3) Self-serve client tools. Interactive scenario calculators, dashboards, and member-portal experiences that let clients move themselves along — comparing an annuity vs. a 401(k), modeling income, etc.
  • Lifecycle Automation. Build, test, and optimize complex sequences across channels using our CRM / Marketing Automation platforms. Partner with the offshore ops team for execution — bandwidth on ops is not the bottleneck; strategy, decision-making, and creative are.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing. Run high-velocity tests on subject lines, send times, channel mix, offer structures, and landing-page variants. Report on statistical significance and roll out winners.
  • Data & Segmentation. Work with the Data team to build dynamic user segments. Ensure the right message hits the right user at the exact moment of intent.
