Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior collaborators and stakeholders to lead strategy and engagement for our most VIP contacts.
  • Coordinate different aspects of event production, including content development, gifting, AV, vendor management, travel logistics, and more.
  • Establish inclusive working relationships with key partners across the company, including communications, design, product, finance, and legal.
  • Work with the growth marketing team to drive impact and reach through events; evaluate and measure success, and track return on investment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience
  • A dynamic portfolio of events with business results
  • Creative thinking
  • Knowledge and experience using AI to increase efficiencies
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple projects at once
  • Experience and proficiency using marketing and event technologies (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Swoogo, etc.)
  • Serious attention to detail and a dedication to excellence
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
  • Proactive and calm approach to fast-paced situations
  • Ability to travel internationally

Preferred

  • Understanding of the crypto/blockchain industry is a bonus
