Own experiential and event production from concept to on-site execution, turning client goals into detailed production plans while ensuring safety and brand standards.

  • On-site Leadership: Oversee load-in, show execution, troubleshooting, and post-event reporting to ensure seamless delivery.

  • leading the planning and execution of experiential, engagement, and event marketing programs.

  • oversees projects from initial concept through post-event wrap, including scoping, budgeting, timelines, vendor management, production logistics, and on-site execution.
  • \n
  • collaborates with internal creative, accounts, and strategy teams to translate client objectives into detailed production plans, and ensures all deliverables meet quality, safety, and brand standards.
  • \n
  • Day-to-day activities include coordinating with venues and suppliers, managing production schedules, supervising load-in and strike, troubleshooting on-site, and preparing post-event reporting.
  • \n
  • contributes to process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and supporting new business pitches with production expertise.
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex experiential and event marketing productions, including end-to-end project management and on-site oversight.
  • \n
  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for events, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in vendor and partner management, contract negotiation, and coordination with venues, fabricators, AV teams, and other production suppliers.
  • \n
  • Ability to translate creative concepts and client goals into detailed production plans, runs-of-show, and logistics documents.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including working closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to solve problems under pressure, maintain composure on-site, and make sound decisions in fast-paced event environments.
  • \n
  • Comfort with standard productivity tools (e.g., project management platforms, presentation software, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
  • \n
  • Experience supervising on-site crews and mentoring junior producers or coordinators in a production or experiential agency setting.
  • \n
  • Understanding of experiential and event safety best practices, risk management, and compliance with venue and local regulations.
  • \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • \n
\nPreferred\n
    \n
  • Relevant experience in experiential, event marketing, brand activations, or live production; agency or brand-side background is a plus.
