Responsibilities

• What You'd Do in This Role: Every year, EntreLeadership's Summit and Master Series events pour into entrepreneurs at a pivotal point in their growth, giving them the tools, community, and momentum to build stronger businesses and better lead their teams. This role owns making sure that keeps happening. You'll build and run the growth strategy that fills the funnel for each event, weaving together paid, email, organic, and content so registrations build well ahead of the date instead of a scramble in the final two weeks. You'll partner closely with the live events team and the Entre event director to keep growth strategy, in-room execution, and the pitch working as one connected experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, communicates constantly, and genuinely loves seeing the ripple effect: when a business owner walks away changed, it reaches their family, their team, and the life they get to live.

Requirements

• You've spent 5 to 8 years running multichannel marketing campaigns across paid, email, organic, social, and content, and know how to turn that mix into real registration numbers for in person and digital events!
• You're comfortable pulling performance data and explaining it in plain language people outside marketing can actually use.
• You're a proactive self-starter who initiates instead of waiting to be told what's next, and you follow through until the job is done.
• You think critically and aren't afraid to bring leadership a different point of view instead of defaulting to yes.
• You're comfortable using AI tools to work faster and sharpen your thinking, not to replace it.
• You build real relationships across teams, sales, event planning, and creative, and people trust you to keep them in the loop.
• You stay level-headed when plans shift or pressure builds, and you adapt well when things change.
• You bring genuine warmth and a good sense of humor. This team laughs a lot, even on the hard days.
