Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and manage centralized growth operations, including intake processes, data capture, systems inputs, and workflow coordination.
Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
Drive day-to-day execution of growth workflows across cross-functional teams.
Partner with sales ops, technology, and data teams to ensure systems are implemented, aligned. and consistently used.
Promote strong communication and collaboration across internal teams.
Support leadership with accurate, timely reporting.
Establish operating rhythms, documentation, and governance.
Champion process adoption and change management.

Requirements

8-10+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or professional services.
Experience building or optimizing centralized operational workflows.
Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to improve operational efficiency while maintaining flexibility.
