Own DTC e-commerce growth across Barleans.com (Shopify) from traffic to conversion to retention, while building analytics and a lean team to scale across paid media, email, SEO, social, and subscription engines.

• Own DTC strategy and platform stack, aligning traffic, conversion, and retention outcomes.
• Lead cross-channel paid media, email (Klaviyo), SEO, SMS, affiliate, influencer, social, and marketplace/retail media programs.
• Drive CRO and A/B testing to improve site performance, UX, and mobile experience.
• Build and lead a lean in-house marketing team and manage agencies/vendors.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, and Operations to execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Build a best-in-class analytics infrastructure and own reporting, KPIs, and performance insights across channels.
• Identify and onboard emerging platforms and technologies (AI, automation, retail media).
• Develop subscription growth and retention strategies to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across digital touchpoints.
