Job Summary

Own brand storytelling and cross-channel go-to-market execution, converting brand vision into cohesive campaigns that build equity across paid, social, site, and CRM while guiding creative briefs and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Articulate compelling narratives and create visual expressions that resonate with customers and drive a passion for the brand.
  • Concept creative ideas for launches, ads, and campaigns, supporting key business objectives.
  • Develop campaigns that build brand equity, not just support product launches or short-term goals.
  • Translate brand vision, positioning and business priorities into clear campaign strategies and inspiring creative briefs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Own 360 planning of how product will be amplified or launched and promoted in the market from concept development to execution.
  • Partner closely with Creative Director to translate brand strategy into execution.
  • Develop content across all customer facing channels including paid advertising, social, website, CRM (email, etc.) that resonate with target audiences, reinforcing brand identity and values.
  • Ensure best-in-class product storytelling, content quality, and cohesive look and feel aligned with brand image.
  • Identify growth opportunities, target segments and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited four-year college or university Req
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in brand marketing Required
  • Successful track record managing product launches with strong ROI at a high growth brand
  • Proven track record of success leading creative teams
  • Creative and strategic thinker with ability to balance high-level thinking with hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and international luxury markets
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Global mindset with ability to navigate diverse markets
  • Strong experience with premium/luxury branding and storytelling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Travel Requirements 20% travel required
