Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the global brand vision, positioning, and narrative, ensuring the brand remains differentiated, culturally relevant, and future-focused.
  • Establish and govern global brand standards, identity systems, and operating frameworks to ensure consistency across markets, channels, and business units.
  • Lead the strategic development of global brand campaigns and communication platforms, ensuring integrated storytelling across owned retail, channel partners, digital, product, and partner ecosystems.
  • Oversee PR operations and brand communications infrastructure, including processes, governance, messaging alignment, and performance measurement while ensuring disciplined, scalable, and effective brand visibility worldwide.
  • Shape owned retail as a flagship expression of the brand, ensuring stores deliver immersive, elevated experiences that embody brand values and ambition.
  • Drive the performance, evolution, and strategic expansion of owned retail locations, developing a clear roadmap for future growth and physical presence.
  • Partner closely with Channel Marketing, GTM, Sales, Web, Operations, and BU leadership to align brand-building initiatives with long-term commercial growth.
  • Build and lead high-performing brand and retail teams, fostering creative excellence, strategic rigor, and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global brand management and/or owned retail leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and scale strong, internationally consistent brands.
  • Experience leading owned retail environments and expansion strategies.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance, communications infrastructure, and PR operations at scale.
  • Commercially driven mindset with the ability to connect brand equity to revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
