Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-screen, cross-platform digital strategies to persuade, mobilize, and register voters, in conjunction with senior staff.
  • Write and produce digital creative and advertising in coordination with our creative, design and video production teams.
  • Analyze paid digital advertising campaign media plans and metrics to create and present weekly digestible reports that highlight key insights or optimization opportunities for our clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including creative, digital, media and/or production, to develop and implement digital communications and advertising strategies and digital collateral for clients’ campaigns.
  • Effectively manage client accounts and project budgets. Coordinate directly with clients on deliverables, timelines, and updates.
  • Research, write, and present proposals, creative strategy briefs, messaging documents, web and social media content, to internal and client teams.
  • Help manage project teams, delegate assignments, and mentor junior staff.
  • Actively participate in new business efforts for the firm including developing new business opportunities, writing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Become well-versed on assigned clients and their priorities and issue areas, including the political landscape, the state of competitive races, and important news stories that could impact clients.
  • Learn the services of the firm including media relations, communications, event planning, grassroots organizing and coalition building, advertising, and digital and social media.
