Requirements

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to develop and lead impactful campaigns
• Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to create cohesive and compelling visual identities
• Skilled in Graphic Design with a deep understanding of design principles, tools, and software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience managing large-scale creative projects from conception to execution
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve complex creative challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Experience in digital and multimedia design is a plus
