Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve scalable content architecture across brand, use-case, and product content.
  • Set and uphold editorial and governance standards with cross-functional teams for clear, accurate content.
  • Design journey-aligned, high-impact content grounded in customer intent and buyer needs.
  • Apply and advance SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to improve visibility.
  • Primary liaison for external SEO agencies, aligning outputs with standards and goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in content strategy, design, or marketing within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience with structured content and headless CMS, including reusable components and content modeling.
  • Expertise in SEO, structured data, and answer-engine content with schema usage.
  • Proven experience managing taxonomies and metadata standards for content and assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, journalism, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Travel up to ~20% including overnight travel as needed.
  • This role is primarily sedentary in office or home-office work.

Preferred

  • B2B technology, life sciences, or translating complex concepts for commercial audiences.
  • Familiarity with schema.org types (FAQPage, HowTo, Product, Article) and entity-based planning.
  • Experience with enterprise DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
  • Exposure to regulated, global, or multi-locale content workflows.
