Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Content Strategy & Execution: Own the content strategy across the full marketing funnel—planning and writing blogs, long‑form content, case studies, landing pages, conversion copy, and social media.
  • Thought & Category Leadership: Play a hands-on role in building and growing our thought leadership initiatives, directly contributing to establishing our overarching category leadership in the market.
  • Organic Social Media Mastery: Bring a genuine love for organic social channels. Expertly manage a calendar that strategically intersperses highly engaging posts, thought leadership, timely industry trends, and the core benefits of the AudienceView platform.
  • AI-Accelerated Content Production: Use AI tools fluidly and responsibly as a co-pilot to accelerate your workflow, generating a high volume of content while maintaining a fiercely high bar for quality, originality, and market resonance.
  • Search & Generative Engine Optimization: Collaborate with SEO and AEO teams to identify and prioritize high‑impact topics that capture demand from our target audiences.
  • Content Repurposing & Lite Video Editing: Repurpose, adapt, and distribute content across channels to extend its lifespan. Step in for "lite" video editing—like slicing up webinars into punchy, bite-sized social clips—to maximize engagement.
  • Editorial Roadmap Management: Manage the editorial calendar and ensure a consistent publishing cadence that aligns directly with our revenue and business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track performance metrics (organic traffic, engagement, pipeline influence) and use those insights to continuously test and refine content formats, messaging, and distribution channels.

Requirements

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
  • A "Builder and Doer" Mentality: Proven experience not just planning, but actively executing content strategies across the full B2B marketing funnel.
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to scale content production without sacrificing the human touch, brand voice, or quality.
  • Multimedia Agility: Hands-on experience with basic, "lite" video editing software to repurpose long-form video (like webinars) into short-form assets.
  • SEO/AEO Expertise: Strong understanding of search and generative engine optimization principles and how to apply them seamlessly in content planning and creation.
  • Exceptional Communication: Top-tier writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience partnering with Product Marketing to distill complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Data‑Driven Mindset: Experience using performance metrics to guide editorial decisions and prove content ROI.
  • Strong Project Management: The ability to juggle multiple projects, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
