Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of an integrated content strategy that supports demand generation and customer retention.
  • Translate complex power market concepts and product features into high-impact thought leadership, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Drive Yes Energy’s social media presence, developing platform-specific strategies to increase brand reach and community engagement.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and content workflow, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high quality across all outputs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs across the organization to extract insights and turn them into compelling narratives.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create content that optimizes the buyer journey and improves conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain a reporting framework to measure content performance, including organic traffic, engagement, and contribution to pipeline.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve content discoverability, operational efficiency, and performance.
  • Oversee SEO strategy for content, ensuring all assets are optimized for search rankings and visibility.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or a technical industry like energy or finance.
  • Proven experience owning and executing a full-funnel content strategy, not just contributing to individual assets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in creating content that drives measurable business outcomes (pipeline, engagement, customer growth).
  • Strong proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
