Job Summary

Own growth from first touch to funnel conversion across multiple channels with two audience tracks, while building a mission-aligned content engine and a HubSpot powered funnel.

  • Growth ownership: drive top-of-funnel targets for entrepreneurs and funders across all channels.
  • Channel experimentation: test new formats, partnerships, and community-driven tactics to raise awareness on a tight budget.
  • Content and funnel leadership: shape multi-channel strategy and partner-driven storytelling for social, email, web, and video.

Job Description

Own top-of-funnel growth as a primary KPI — setting measurable targets for new entrepreneur reach, prospective funder awareness, and audience acquisition across all channels. Design and execute marketing campaigns that drive outsized awareness with limited budgets: creative activations, unexpected partnerships, viral content plays, and community-driven growth strategies. Develop differentiated content and campaign strategies for two distinct top-of-funnel audiences: underrepresented entrepreneurs discovering the Center for the first time, and prospective funders and corporate partners evaluating mission alignment. Build and continuously optimize a growth funnel in HubSpot — tracking how new audiences are acquired, nurtured, and converted into program participants, community members, and funder relationships. Identify and test emerging platforms, formats, and distribution tactics (short-form video, creator partnerships, earned media, events-as-marketing) to expand reach beyond existing audiences. Lead the Center’s overall content marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive, mission-aligned narrative across all owned channels — social media, email, website, and multimedia. Oversee and manage all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms), with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and top-of-funnel reach. Develop and govern a multi-channel content calendar that integrates social media, events, digital campaigns, and funder/sponsor storytelling. Generate, edit, publish, and curate compelling content — original writing, video, graphics, and thought leadership — in partnership with the communications and fund development teams. Act as the team’s subject-matter expert on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital best practices.
