Own content creation for asset management insights and client-ready materials, coordinating with investment experts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and keeping product reporting fresh to match brand goals.

Content ownership: produce market insights, product materials, and multi-channel content.
Compliance and flow: manage approvals, versioning, calendars, and reviews with SMEs.
Tools and domain: work with investment products knowledge and add CMS/Martech familiarity as a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and edit high-quality investment content including market insights, product materials, presentations, web content, email campaigns, and thought leadership
Partner with investment professionals and subject matter experts to develop accurate, client-ready content
Manage content approvals, version control, editorial calendars, and compliance review processes
Ensure content aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, and regulatory requirements
Support ongoing product reporting and content updates

Requirements

5+ years of content marketing or financial writing experience in asset management, investment management, or wealth management
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and project management skills
Knowledge of investment products such as ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMAs, and Model Portfolios
Experience working with compliance/legal review processes

Preferred

Familiarity with CMS platforms, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Seismic, Bloomberg, Morningstar, or FactSet is a plus
