The Senior Brand Manager ZYN – Launches leads the planning and execution of high‑impact ZYN product launches, serving as a senior launch owner and strategic partner to cross‑functional teams. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership across launch strategy, packaging development, campaign direction, and commercial readiness, ensuring launches deliver against brand, consumer, and business objectives. The role also contributes thought leadership, launch best practices, and mentorship to elevate launch excellence across the ZYN portfolio. Your ‘day To Day’ - Own the strategic and executional leadership of multiple large‑scale ZYN product launches annually, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, portfolio priorities, and commercial objectives. - Set launch vision, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with senior marketing and commercial leadership. - Lead cross‑functional launch governance, coordinating Marketing, CE&A, R&D, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales to deliver launches on time and in full. - Provide senior oversight of packaging strategy and development, including architecture, claims, regulatory approvals, operational readiness, and supply chain handoff. - Direct development of launch campaigns, positioning, and messaging frameworks, guiding creative agencies and internal teams from concept through execution. - Ensure delivery of robust, actionable launch toolkits and briefs for downstream activation, including indirect retail and field execution. - Manage launch budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify issues and recommend mitigation strategies. - Evaluate launch performance across sales, distribution, consumer response, and execution metrics; translate learnings into recommendations and future launch improvements. - Partner with Strategy, Insights, and Analytics teams to incorporate consumer, market, and competitive insights into launch planning. - Contribute to international launch readiness by developing scalable launch assets, frameworks, and best practices as needed. - Act as a mentor and subject‑matter expert for launch management, supporting capability building within the brand team. - Lead special projects and cross‑brand initiatives related to innovation and portfolio acceleration, as assigned. Who We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA strongly preferred. - 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Launch Management within Consumer Packaged Goods.
