Job Summary

Own day-to-day media operations with hands-on tool mastery (MediaOcean, IMS, Adviews) and budget reporting, while shaping campaign setup, execution, and in-flight optimization for multi-channel buys.

Own campaign setup, insertion orders, specs, and creative trackers to keep buys aligned
Monitor audience delivery and in-flight performance to hit delivery targets
Translate budget, partner proposals, and billing data into clear, actionable updates

Job Description

Responsibilities

Learn key programs and tools including (MediaOcean, Media Tools, IMS, ADviews, ComScore) and master media math
Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal team
Assist in evaluating partner proposals
Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day activities
Stewardship 
Enter buys into MBOX and insure system reflects accurate buys
Update buy summary documents
Monitor network buys daily based on audience delivery data to insure delivery in flight
Assist with campaign set-up and execution including order letters, specs, creative rotation and billing documentation
Responsible for billing discrepancies and resolutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights
1+ year of experience within media advertising
Understanding of multiple media channels- Digital/Video media buying experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and advanced Excel
Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
Ability to work independently and in a team setting while optimally managing priorities
Experience using various media tools
