Own the execution of data-driven digital media planning, translating research into actionable recommendations and coordinating with partner agencies and internal teams to keep plans on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update clients on timeline/consistent basis
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)
  • Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (especially Media Tools, MRI, Kantar)
  • Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven digital media recommendations
  • Establish collaborative, productive working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications process
  • Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving
  • Delivering POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities
  • Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups

Requirements

  • 1+ years of media planning or strategy experience
  • Working knowledge of media systems/platforms (Media Tools Flowchart Software, Kantar, MRI/GfK, R/F and Optimization Software, Pathmatics, Prisma, Mbox, GWI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Curious and motivated, solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
