Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Growing revenue for Lux214 Media Group and clients.
• Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, events, public relations and email marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing account management within an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, event marketing, public relations and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
