Responsibilities

• Campaign management and execution
• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and performance across your assigned accounts
• Independently launch campaigns based on established strategy and client objectives
• Find opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, revenue, and new customer acquisition
• Maintain strong account structure, targeting, measurement, and optimization practices
• Testing and growth
• Execute creative and campaign testing strategies
• Recommend new audience, funnel, bidding, campaign, and landing page tests
• Identify opportunities to expand into additional channels or campaign types

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably with e-commerce or DTC brands
• Strong experience across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen
• Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns against ROAS, CAC, revenue, or acquisition goals
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets from $20K to $200K+
• Strong working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and customer acquisition
• Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and own your results

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with Looker Studio
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
• Experience with Reddit Ads, CTV, or Amazon DSP
• Experience using ClickUp and Slack
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, and automate repetitive tasks
