Job Description

Responsibilities

Google Business Profile (GBP) Management - Create, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles for all locations.
Ensure business information is accurate and consistent across all brands and locations.
Manage monthly GBP posts, including content creation, optimization, image sourcing, publishing, and performance monitoring.
Optimize: Business categories; Service descriptions; Hours of operation; Location attributes; Photos and videos; Products and services; Reviews.
Monitor GBP performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Partner with operations teams to maintain location accuracy and resolve listing issues.
Manage profile verification, suspensions, and troubleshooting as needed.
Apple Business Connect Management - Manage and optimize Apple Business Connect listings.
Maintain accurate location information across Apple Maps.
Update photos, logos, business descriptions, and location details.

Requirements

2-5+ years of experience in Local SEO, SEO, directory management, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles.
Experience with citation management and business listings.
Experience publishing and managing content in WordPress.
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of local search ranking factors and SEO best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or other multi-location service industries.
Experience with Apple Business Connect.
Experience with reputation management platforms.
Familiarity with BrightLocal, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SurferSEO, or similar SEO tools.
Basic experience using Canva or similar design tools.
Working knowledge of schema markup, local business schema, and location page optimization.
Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-location organizations.
