Job Summary

Own and optimize the resident canvassing program with a tight edge on messaging, data capture, and volunteer enablement.

  • Canvassing Execution: route planning, shift scheduling, and collecting interaction data to drive campaign insights.
  • Communication & Rapport: clear campaign explanations, resident Q&A, and trust-building conversations.
  • Team Training: onboarding and coaching volunteers on canvassing techniques and best practices.
