Drive catalog health and PDP optimization for a brand portfolio, leading strategy, UX-aligned listing frameworks, and promotional planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of catalog and PDP optimization across an entire brand portfolio or client category.
  • Architect scalable listing frameworks that reflect marketplace SEO, UX best practices, and real conversion drivers.
  • Manage promotional planning and ensure PDP content, pricing, and inventory align with promotional timelines across sales channels.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement strategic upgrades that improve catalog health and retail readiness.
  • Identify systemic listing or promotion issues and build clear remediation playbooks the team can run with.
  • Guide junior team members in advanced PDP optimization, promotion scheduling, and retail readiness diagnostics.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on content strategy and promotional enablement for marketplace growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Strategy, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experienced in catalog architecture planning and SEO-focused enhancement strategies.
  • Experienced designing promotion strategies for both event-based moments and evergreen programs.
  • Deep knowledge of Seller Central/Vendor Central content workflows and best practices.
  • Experienced partnering with Media and Creative to ensure PDPs are truly “launch ready.”
  • Experienced Momentum super-user (or similar internal tooling) for content scoring and tracking.
  • Experienced using Excel and Looker/Looker Studio dashboards to monitor content performance and surface clear next steps.
