Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Increase focus on integrating with the AMS LEGO Group Business Units (US, CA, LATAM)
  • Capture local opportunities, devise mechanic for contingency and ensure fast local response
  • Execute the LEGO Retail Global Marketing Plan with excellence
  • Drive footfall / traffic
  • Executing the global marketing plan and calendar, with a focus on activities for children, for LEGO Retail in the Americas (AMS), and serving as an ambassador for initiatives across other LEGO Group Business Units.
  • Collaborating with the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) team to act as the regional lead and expert in executing key campaigns, ensuring strong local implementation and relevant activations that enhance product awareness and drive traffic to LEGO Retail.
  • Supporting the execution of in-store events and play activations that attract families and children to LEGO Stores.
  • Assisting in the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) process, serving as a key contact for market integration on children's campaigns, and exploring new opportunities within the LEGO ecosystem.
  • Transforming key shopper insights into actionable marketing strategies to deliver more meaningful experiences to shoppers and consumers.
  • Identifying and implementing tailored, market-driven marketing programs that are regionally relevant and contribute value to the shopper experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive retail or trade marketing experience, with strong knowledge of in-store shopper touchpoints, retail operations, and event execution.
  • Proven track record developing in-store materials, including agency collaboration.
  • Experience delivering earned media campaigns.
  • Skilled at turning shopper insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Resilient, energetic, and results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong collaborator, able to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and a true team player.
