Customer Experience: Welcome every customer with a warm, professional attitude.
Online Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are packaged professionally and ready for shipping or local pickup.
Assist with shipping labels and order tracking.
Marketing & Social Media: Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Marketing & Social Media: Record videos, take product photos, and create lifestyle content.
Marketing & Social Media: Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
Marketing & Social Media: Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Customer Communication: Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media messages.
Customer Communication: Answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and promotions.
Customer Communication: Resolve customer concerns in a positive and professional manner; modify as needed.
