Job Summary
Own the in-person outreach engine for Renewal by Andersen, converting events and retail encounters into qualified in-home consultations and driving brand-positive interactions.
- Engagement & Local Presence: Interact with homeowners at events, home shows, retailers, and community activations.
- Conversation & Education: Initiate talks and educate prospects on window and door solutions.
- Scheduling Ownership: Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for design consultants.

Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with homeowners at events, home shows, retail locations, and community activations
- Initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate prospects on our window and door solutions
- Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for design consultants
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site brand presentation as needed
Requirements
- Confident communicator with a friendly, people-first attitude
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior customer-facing, sales, or event experience is a plus, but not required
