Job Summary

Own field-based outreach and demo execution with a focus on safe, presentable, and consistent homeowner interactions while hitting daily demo and sales targets.

  • Field Ownership: Drive demo goals, equipment readiness, and adherence to Renewal by Andersen standards in both office and retail settings.
  • People & Process: Maintain team culture, training routines, and performance tools to raise interaction quality and safety.
  • Operational Rigor: Manage gear, uniforms, hygiene, and event-area cleanliness to protect execution quality across weather and schedules.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and demo goals outlined by management
  • Compliance with department policies and procedures
  • Maintain a healthy team culture by engaging in the team group chat conversation, supporting team members, and offering help where needed
  • Demonstrate integrity in all interactions with team members, office staff, and homeowners
  • Maintain a safe and productive environment in both the office and the field
  • Ensure you have all the necessary equipment daily
  • Meet uniform and hygiene requirements
  • Keep the event work area clean, including the company vehicle while in use
  • Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities
  • Engage in training methods like role-playing activities to improve interactions with homeowners
