Job Summary

Own the end-to-end retail creative leadership and program management, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand store experiences, graphics, and signage while safeguarding customer experience and brand integrity.

  • Cross-functional program ownership: lead strategic planning, resourcing, timelines, budgets, and approvals across GTM, Product Marketing, Creative, Traffic, Production, Legal and Operations.
  • Creative execution and workflow: manage creative development with internal teams and agency partners, ensuring timely hand-offs, regional share outs, and production readiness.
  • Process and risk management: streamline collaboration, anticipate complexities, communicate status, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate strategic program management and executional leadership for retail marketing
  • Partner closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to deliver exceptional design, product experiences, visual merchandising, graphics, and signage
  • Establish, collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams: Go-to-Market Managers, Product Marketing, Creative, Traffic, Production, Legal and Operations team to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements
  • Lead the retail creative development process with internal teams and agency partners in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off
  • Ensure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision
  • Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities to create space and set up the Retail creative team to do their best work
  • Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks
  • Observe and identify opportunities for team processes, tools, documentation, and asset management improvements
  • Develop schedules for deliverables partnering closely with Traffic and Production Managers to ensure accuracy
  • Manage new store openings, seasonal campaigns and new product launches throughout the creative life cycle aligning with the strategic and budget goals, delivering on time and ensuring flawless execution
  • Work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders providing direct communication, updates and alignment to ensure the success of the work

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6-8 years of experience managing the creative development and execution
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment
  • Experience with engaging and managing multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Experience successfully delivering results through a highly matrixed organization developing product campaigns and experiences for retail environments
  • Must be proactive, detailed-oriented, resourceful and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership skills
  • Polished written and verbal communications plus excellent presentation skills
  • Experienced and comfortable navigating a client-facing environment
  • Desire and ability to own and lead projects confidently with minimal direction
  • Ability to work independently but also well with a team to drive work forward
