Job Summary
Own end-to-end coordination of research core facilities programs and governance, marrying event logistics, course operations, and recruitment processes to keep programs on schedule and data organized.
- Event & program operations: plan RCF events and trainings, logistics, catering, materials, vendor communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Communications & scheduling: maintain spaces and channels, draft routine updates, coordinate recruitment communications, and manage AVP/Director meeting logistics.
- Data & records: manage surveys (Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, RedCap), compile results, and maintain organized program records.
