Responsibilities

• Monitor relevant subreddits (youth sports, youth soccer, travel baseball, club management, parent coaching forums, etc.) for questions Waresport can answer
• Post thoughtful, helpful responses that establish credibility first and mention Waresport where it genuinely fits
• Track which posts, subreddits, and comment styles are driving traffic or engagement and report back weekly
• Identify high-value threads and communities we should be present in long-term
• Build a reusable playbook of responses, thread templates, and community-specific tone guides

Requirements

• Active Reddit user who understands community culture and how to contribute without coming across as promotional
• Strong writer who can adapt tone to match different community styles
• Interest in sports, startups, or marketing (background in youth sports is a plus)
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
