Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction, guiding clients from first contact to closing so they have a trusted advocate at every step.
• List, market, and show properties, using strong marketing to attract qualified buyers and get sellers the best possible outcome.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients, protecting their interests and keeping deals moving smoothly toward close.
• Build and maintain a referral network and client base, since repeat and referral business is what turns a transaction into a career.
• Stay current on Panhandle market trends and pricing, so you can advise clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Follow Fair Housing regulations and Florida real estate law, protecting your clients, yourself, and Coastal's reputation.
• Reinvest more of your commission into your own growth, since no monthly fees means more of what you close goes toward marketing, leads, or your business instead of overhead.

Requirements

• Active real estate license in the state of Florida
• Strong knowledge of the Gulf Coast real estate markets preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
