Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handling outreach for assigned paperback campaigns
  • Assisting with monthly award submissions
  • Processing departmental and campaign-related invoices and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and preparing meeting materials
  • Gathering and communicating media coverage to S&S team members
  • Handling or assisting with review copy mailings
  • Drafting publicity materials, building media lists, and pitching select media and bookstores for coverage and events
  • Liaising with media and event venues for arranged author interviews and events
  • Helping to arrange author travel for tours and appearances
  • Updating detailed media schedules and internal campaign tracking systems
Requirements
