Responsibilities

• Director: Strategic Account & Client Leadership: Independently manage multiple accounts as a senior client counselor, leading strategy development, executive messaging, media announcements, and on-site event execution while proactively anticipating challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Director: Media & Corporate Communications Expertise: Drive top-tier media placements and thought leadership opportunities, refine media strategy, create news moments, approve complex materials, and serve as an industry expert with strong relationships across press and partners.
• Director: Team Leadership & Agency Growth: Mentor and directly manage junior staff, foster team development, contribute to new business and upsells, and act as an agency ambassador through industry engagement and strategic division growth initiatives.
• Account Manager: Strategic Leadership & Client Management — Serve as the day-to-day client lead, anticipating needs, driving strategy development, and positioning yourself as a trusted expert in each client's industry. Lead client calls, executive messaging, and big-picture campaign ideation.
• Account Manager: Media Relations & Communications — Own media strategy from pitch to placement, landing coverage across digital, broadcast, podcast, and more. Draft complex media materials, lead key announcements, and identify opportunities to create news — even when there isn't any.
• Account Manager: Team Mentorship & Agency Growth — Directly manage and develop junior team members, overseeing their work quality and professional growth. Contribute to new business efforts and help drive the agency forward through brainstorms, pitches, and cross-team collaboration.
