Job Summary

Own local outreach in Maryland by building partnerships with physicians, schools, therapists, and community groups to drive referrals and awareness, while coordinating events, follow-ups, and growth opportunities.

  • Community Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with key referral sources.
  • Outreach Execution: Plan and run in-person visits, presentations, and events to raise awareness.
  • Growth & Ambassadors: Track activities and coordinate with leadership on Maryland opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach meetings.
  • Represent Kavana Care at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase referrals and community awareness.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with community partners through regular follow-up and communication.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of contacts and referrals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities within the Maryland market.
  • Serve as a positive, professional ambassador for Kavana Care.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals, families, and community partners.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, special education, or human services.
  • ABA therapy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, community outreach, marketing, or relationship management.
  • Experience building professional relationships and networking within the community.
