Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding individual health goals and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and a welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Sales & Operations: Support daily retail operations, manage inventory levels, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Marketing Participation: Engage in at least 10 marketing events per month, help gain new marketing events at local businesses, assist with flyer distribution, and actively promote Nutrishop Knoxville within the community.
• Social Media Contribution: Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for our social media platforms, including stories and posts that reflect our brand and values.
• Willingness to work evenings ( until 8PM) and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Expected hours: 8.0 – 25.0 per week
• Ability to Commute: Knoxville, TN 37922 (Required)

• Event marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
