Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project timelines from initiation through completion across multiple teams
  • Coordinate and manage print, digital, and video projects within an agency workflow environment
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
  • Track project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Support project initiation, kickoff meetings, approvals, production, and archiving processes
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams on campaign execution
  • Ensure compliance with corporate branding and promotional material guidelines
  • Maintain accurate daily time tracking and project documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years of advertising agency experience supporting pharmaceutical clients (mandatory requirement)
  • 5 to 10 years of overall advertising agency experience
  • Experience managing projects within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines
  • Experience working with promotional review systems such as Veeva PromoMats or similar tools

Preferred

  • Experience managing pharmaceutical marketing or promotional campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional creative and account teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical activities
