Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and allocating resources effectively.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
